I’ve had two abortions: one medical (a pill that causes you to miscarry) and one surgical.  The only thing I regret about it is that I got pregnant in the first place.  I was taking birth control and happened to be in that very small failure rate.

I had been fighting since I was 18 to get my tubes tied, and even after this the doctors refused to do it “until I was 30 or had 2 children”.  Last year, I was finally able to get them tied.

I honestly think having an abortion saved my sanity.
