My convenient abortion

I love my abortion provider. I had an unplanned pregnancy at 37, I have a 5 year old and we decided another kid was not in the cards for us – we wanted to focus on the family we have now. I had what so many politicians vilify as an abortion out of “convenience”. And yeah, it was convenient, my local, independent provider got me in quickly, treated me with respect, and helped me get the health care I needed and wanted. I’m a mom, I know how much a child can be a wonderful, chaotic, roll-of-the-dice, world-shifting experience and everyone deserves reproductive choices and reproductive justice that matches my experience.
