Scrolling through my contacts, I had skipped my mother and close friends. The pregnancy and the choice of abortion was mine and I decided who I would share it with. I lost some friends in the process and that’s okay. I am extremely privileged to live in a place where abortion is legal, healthcare is free and to have someone as loving as my brother to hold my hand. My brother is my hero and my biggest supporter.
