I had two miscarriages with my abusive ex husband. If I didn’t miscarry, I would have forced it. I would gotten it done and I would’ve kept it from him. Knowing that option was available gave me some degree of comfort. I had to have a D&C for one, which is viewed as an abortion anyway. Those potential children didn’t do anything to deserve a life with that man and his enabling mother. He always had and still has the covering his ass two divorces and two restraining orders later.
