I am grateful for the ones who worked on getting abortions legal. I was able to go to a clinic that was clean and filled with kind professional doctors and nurses. This was over 30 years ago. It wasn’t an easy choice but it was the right choice at that time. I not only wasn’t ready to be a mom I wasn’t ready to responsibly carry a child for 9 months. I am grateful I had the opportunity to decide for myself what was right.
