I had just got off birth control after 5 years . I already have one child and the thought of bringing another child into this world was overwhelming. I am not ready for another child and don’t want to have any more children anytime soon. My decision was a no brainer.
I had a surgical abortion on 10/26/2022. I was nervous because of the stories I was reading online about the surgical abortion w/o any sedations. I was offered 800 mg ibuprofen, the pain was at a level 3 (barely felt anything). I was only 5 weeks (if that helps). If you are scared because of the stories, trust me it’s not painful at all. It was by far the best decision I could’ve made and I have no regrets about it either.
