I was 24 and it was a complete shock. Nobody understands unless you’re in that position. When I read the results, I said “no no no no not now”.
I make money, but not enough. I have a home but it’s just a room at my mom’s. My childhood was far from perfect and my mom gave her all. I always thought when it’s my turn, I’ll make sure I’m in the position to do the same. I wasn’t. We were in love, but love doesn’t raise a baby with benefits and stability. Life is so cruel.
