Hello friends, my name is Emilee. Pronouns they/them. I had an abortion when I was 16 years old. I wasn’t ready to be a parent and I knew that I didn’t want that kid growing up in the system. Believe it or not, but many kids live their whole childhood in foster care in less than humane situations. Many aren’t adopted as it is. Nobody deserves that kind of upbringing. That’s part of my reasoning, but another part is I JUST DIDN’T WANT A BABY that’s all the reasoning you truly need to be straight up.
I am now twenty six years old and I DO NOT REGRET IT. Everyone deserves to be able to make the same choice that I did. To privately, safely, and without judgement terminate their pregnancy. Nobody has to explain anything if they don’t want to. You owe an explanation to nobody.
It doesn’t matter what anyone else says, it is YOUR BODY and YOUR CHOICE. Don’t let anyone take that from you. I will be spreading stickers and info about the abortion pill near and far. I’ve gotten lots of helpful ideas from this site. Thank you for being here for all of us and every other pro-choice supporter out there!! You guys rock!
