I was a young girl fresh out of high school in a small town. I had started school, but went down the wrong path. I soon became addicted to drugs, pay check to paycheck and living with my parents. I found out I was pregnant and knew that in no way shape or form I was ready to have a child. I was eighteen years old, jobless, on drugs, and living at home. I knew it wasn’t the right time for me to have a child. I had the procedure done and it helped me come to a realization that I needed to change. I had my abortion, found a job, went back to school, and now starting my own life. I will never regret it, it helped me in all the best ways.
