Shop FAQs

It is an important part of our mission to have pro-abortion messages out in the world as wearable info/propaganda. All proceeds benefit programs and operational costs of SYA!

Returns and Exchanges
SYA currently does not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of fulfillment errors, defective items or damage during shipping. We are a small staff so returns just aren’t feasible, but we will try our best to make it right!

Shipping Times
Orders are fulfilled regularly on weekdays, but can take time to be processed. We’re on top of it, but we’re not Amazon! If it’s been 10 business days since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping notification, please reach out to us.

Refunds
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This process will begin within a week of our communication with you, unless you’re otherwise notified.

Merch Donations
Yes, we do sometimes donate merch to community events, non-profit organizations, independent clinics and other dreamy folks doing pro-abortion work! Please send an email inquiry to shoutyourabortion@gmail.com and tell us more about your specific request.

Ethical Merchandise Sourcing
The landscape of ethical and environmental production is constantly shifting and we do our best to be informed, act in alignment with our mission statement, and provide the highest quality merch to the most customers possible with those factors in consideration. In general, we prioritize working with vendors who manufacture in the US and have at least a compelling statement about their sustainability practices.

Occasionally we develop an item quickly in response to a political event or news release. For expediency, we will work with larger corporate vendors, but still vet them as much as possible in a compressed time frame.

We do have a list of vendors who we love working with, and if you reach out via email, we’re happy to share our list with you. Transparency is one of our values! We also value feedback and want our shop customers to be happy. If you are disappointed in your purchase, please let us know.
