I have two boys with my husband. I found out I’m pregnant 7 weeks ago. I decided to abort because we are currently in debt (two months ago I took a loan for mortgage, that’s how bad things are), and my marriage is not exactly healthy to bring an addition, especially after he threatened to have full custody over the kids if I leave him.
Two years back he left me stranded with a two year old with no diapers or milk, so I know what he is capable of. I was in university back then My family traveled 13 hours to try and amend things and convince him to come back home. That’s when I decided to go find a job and drop out. Meanwhile my husband was taking loans and credit cards and that’s how we are in debt. I will forever remember the child I could have had, but I believe she or he is at a better place than here.
