Freedom

I have never had an abortion, but I am a 35 year old heterosexual, cisgender married woman who has known that I did not want children since I was my early teens, so the ability to choose not to have children is a right that I take very seriously. I worked in abortion care during my twenties and I saw and heard so many different stories from so many different kinds of women. I was moved time and again by the one commonality that connected us all. Reproductive rights are an incredibly important piece of the liberation of women and I will fight to defend them until I die.
