Surrender by madameciseaux

I thought I was pro-life until I found myself pregnant In 2014.  I had an abortion and hid it from my pro-life family, out of shame.  When I told them, they not only accepted me, but asked to be part of my healing process. I broke free of shame through finding my voice and becoming a champion for the pro-choice movement. I will continue to fight for our freedom and normalize abortion.  I am forever grateful for my right to choose, for Planned Parenthood and the nurse who held my hand.
