I don’t regret my choice. The guy was super young and immature. He handed me cash and told me he didn’t feel comfortable going to the appointment with me. He said it was embarrassing. He made me feel like I should be ashamed and embarrassed when it was both of our decision to have sex and to have an abortion. Two years later I am no longer ashamed to #shoutmyabortion story. It sucked, I’ve dealt with guilt and shame but I’m owning it now. I wouldn’t be where I am today without my abortion.
